Frozen Dreams is a small but growing graphics site. My friends and I (shadowfox) started this site to provide several types of graphics, tutorials (eventually), and a list of great sites to go too. http://www.frozen-dreams.net.tc and http://freewebs.com/frozen-dreams are no longer valid urls as we have decided to have a slight change in the way we do things for the site. Because both staff have a lot of trouble with our internet, as well as me working all the time, we don't have as much time as we used to to do things like make a brand new layout monthly or less, so we've decided to just start using Freewebs premades. I would also like to apologize about the lack of updates, although it is not a requirement, but things have been extremely hectic for a while.
On another note, updates will only be kept monthly on this page. Older updates will be moved to the archive site.
